By accessing our website on behalf of a third-party, you represent to us that you are an authorized representative of such third-party and that your use of our website constitutes that third-party's acceptance of these Terms.

In our pursuit of democratizing legal knowledge and services for early-stage startup founders, we may post on our website educational information and articles and other useful content written by licensed startup lawyers. However, Law for Startups is not a law firm, and any lawyers who provide information on our website are not acting as your lawyer.  Accessing our website or purchasing any of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us. 

 

No Confidentiality​

There is no confidentiality for information provided via this website. Any information shared via this website is not intended to be and is not considered to be "confidential information" as set forth in California Business and Professional Code, (BPC) Section 6149 or the legal professional rules of any other state.  Do not use any forms, comments, submissions or forums on this website to send confidential information
